Crap Can Racing™

Crapcan Racing started with the 24 Hours of LeMons in 2007 and then ChumpCar World Series in 2009. What defines Crap-can racing is that the cars all start out as junkers worth no more than $500. Today both series combined offer over 50 races per year, more than one per weekend around the USA and Canada. There are also races planned for Mexico in the near future.

These are road course endurance races on some of the best race tracks throughout all of North America. Races vary from 7 hours on a Saturday plus another 7 hour race on Sunday, to 12 hour "Sebring-type" races, to actual 24 hour "LeMans-type" races that start on Saturday and run all night to finish on Sunday.

The sport has matured to the point where other teams will now rent you a racecar so you can set up your own team of drivers, or you can join an existing team for a "Richard Petty-style" wheel-to-wheel road racing experience. When the bug bites you, you can even buy a race car for those without the skills, time or tools to build their own.
